We ship worldwide from Ireland.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship all orders via An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Any applicable duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout if available.

4. Estimated Delivery Times (Subject to courier delays)

  • Ireland: 1-3 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3-7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-21 business days

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jibberjabberhats@gmail.com.
  • We will work with An Post to investigate the issue. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or postal strikes.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

8. International Shipping & Customs

  • We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning any duties or taxes may be included in your shipping fee at checkout.
  • Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional customs processing times.

9. Local Pickup

  • We do not offer local pickup at this time.
